Peter is passionate about success. Hence why he created the Success Acceleration S.Y.S.T.E.M. .

He has helped well over 100,000 people around the world be more successful by sharing his insights, secrets, tips, skills, beliefs and attitudes. He has won awards as a serial Private Equity backed CEO, a top Master Coach and Mentor to CEOs, an international keynote and motivational speaker and as a PE investor and tech entrepreneur.

His early career was in Exxon, Mars, EMI and 3i, followed by being a turnaround CEO for Private Equity, Banks, PLCs and SMEs.  He was voted the top Coach & Mentor to CEOs in the UK and still coaches CEOs and their teams 1-1. He also runs hus unique and high impact “D.O.I.T. Strategy to Profit” Workshops that refresh organisations strategy and culture and have generated over £1 billion of shareholder value.

That’s why we love success because achieving success leads to celebration!  However to achieve something normally involves putting in effort, overcoming barriers and using skills, beliefs and attitudes to reach your goal. Plus we are nerdish about measuring that success. Setting goals with KPIs and deadlines because if you don’t measure what you do, you can’t manage it!

We believe that learning and personal development is critical for success.

We are passionate about constantly learning and developing ourselves, every day and even more importantly developing others. Because in the modern VUCA world everyone must constantly keep learning and developing the new skills, beliefs and attitudes that are needed for them to achieve and celebrate that success.
